Looking for a celebration that’s a little different - something fun, hands‑on, and creative? Our private sewing & upcycling parties are the perfect way to make memories and make something fabulous together.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, a reunion, a bachelorette, or just spending quality time with your favorite people, these sessions are all about creativity, connection, and good vibes. You bring the friends (up to 10 participants) - we bring the materials, inspiration, and all the playful energy you need for a super fun creative party.

Tell us a bit about the occasion and we’ll prepare a playful project of about 2 hours that everyone can jump into. Here are some examples:

  • Design and stitch your own patches

  • Use appliqués to add a new look to a sweatshirt

  • Upcycle a thrift-store find

We welcome makers of all ages, and love seeing families and friends create together! For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children under 8 are accompanied by an adult throughout the workshop.

To keep the celebration fun and easy, we’ll bring along light drinks and snacks. If anyone in your group has allergies or preferences, just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

At HiloImpact, we care deeply about low‑waste creativity. We design each event to use only the materials truly needed, focusing on projects meant to be treasured, loved, and used for a long time. Sustainability can be playful—and beautiful!

We’re happy to travel to most locations within the Munich metropolitan area, whether it’s your home, garden, office, or a special venue you’ve chosen. To ensure we can plan the perfect creative party, please get in touch with us at least 4 weeks before your desired event date.

Life happens—we get it!

  • 50% refund is available with 2 weeks’ notice.

  • No refunds are possible with less than 2 weeks’ notice.

  • One date change is possible at no extra cost (subject to availability).
