Ob du einen Geburtstag, ein Wiedersehen oder einen Junggesellinnenabschied feierst oder einfach nur eine gute Zeit mit deinen Lieblingsmenschen verbringen möchtest – bei diesen Sessions dreht sich alles um Kreativität, Verbindung und gute Stimmung. Du bringst die Freund:innen mit (bis zu 10 Teilnehmende) – wir kümmern uns um Materialien, Inspiration und die spielerische Energie für eine mega spaßige kreative Party.

Erzähl uns ein bisschen über den Anlass und wir bereiten ein spielerisches Projekt von etwa 2 Stunden vor, bei dem alle direkt mitmachen können. Hier sind ein paar Beispiele:

  • Designe und nähe deine eigenen Aufnäher

  • Verleihe einem Sweatshirt mit Applikationen einen neuen Look

  • Ein Fundstück aus dem Secondhand-Laden upcyceln

Looking for a celebration that’s a little different - something fun, hands‑on, and creative? Our private sewing & upcycling parties are the perfect way to make memories and make something fabulous together.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, a reunion, a bachelorette, or just spending quality time with your favorite people, these sessions are all about creativity, connection, and good vibes. You bring the friends (up to 10 participants) - we bring the materials, inspiration, and all the playful energy you need for a super fun creative party.

Tell us a bit about the occasion and we’ll prepare a playful project of about 2 hours that everyone can jump into. Here are some examples:

  • Design and stitch your own patches

  • Use appliqués to add a new look to a sweatshirt

  • Upcycle a thrift-store find

  • Willkommen Bastler jeden Alters! Familien und Freunde, werdet gemeinsam kreativ! Kinder unter 8 Jahren müssen von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden.

    Für eine lockere Feier sorgen wir für Getränke und Snacks. Bitte teilt uns im Voraus etwaige Allergien oder Vorlieben mit.

    Bei „HiloImpact“ schätzen wir abfallarme Kreativität. Wir verwenden nur die nötigsten Materialien und betonen langlebige, wertvolle Projekte.

    Wir kommen gerne an die meisten Orte im Großraum München – egal ob zu dir nach Hause, in den Garten, ins Büro oder an einen besonderen Ort deiner Wahl. Damit wir die perfekte kreative Party planen können, melde dich bitte mindestens 4 Wochen vor deinem Wunschtermin bei uns.

    Stornierungsbedingungen

    So ist das Leben – das verstehen wir!

    • Bei einer Kündigungsfrist von zwei Wochen ist eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 50 % möglich.

    • Bei einer Stornierung mit einer Frist von weniger als zwei Wochen ist keine Rückerstattung möglich.

    • Eine Terminänderung ist ohne zusätzliche Kosten möglich (vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit).

  • We welcome makers of all ages, and love seeing families and friends create together! For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children under 8 are accompanied by an adult throughout the workshop.

    To keep the celebration fun and easy, we’ll bring along light drinks and snacks. If anyone in your group has allergies or preferences, just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

    At HiloImpact, we care deeply about low‑waste creativity. We design each event to use only the materials truly needed, focusing on projects meant to be treasured, loved, and used for a long time. Sustainability can be playful—and beautiful!

    We’re happy to travel to most locations within the Munich metropolitan area, whether it’s your home, garden, office, or a special venue you’ve chosen. To ensure we can plan the perfect creative party, please get in touch with us at least 4 weeks before your desired event date.

    Cancellation Policy

    Life happens—we get it!

    • 50% refund is available with 2 weeks’ notice.

    • No refunds are possible with less than 2 weeks’ notice.

    • One date change is possible at no extra cost (subject to availability).
